OUR STORY

WHY LIGHTING, AND WHY AUSTRALIA.

We founded Avendae in Australia and launched it as an online business. Lighting is the one thing in a home that changes how every other thing feels, and we wanted to make good lighting easier to buy here — indoor and outdoor, from chandeliers and pendants to post lights, lanterns and landscape fittings.

FOUNDED

STARTED IN AUSTRALIA

We're an online retailer, not a warehouse. Our products ship directly from our supply partners' facilities.

LAUNCHED

ONLINE FROM THE START

We launched Avendae as an online business, delivering Australia-wide from our supply partners' facilities.

TODAY

HOMES, OUTDOORS & PROJECTS

Today Avendae serves households and trade customers with indoor, outdoor and landscape lighting, and project orders.

HOW WE WORK

DELIVERY TAKES A LITTLE LONGER

Orders are processed in 1–4 business days and typically arrive within 7–16 business days. We publish that timeframe up front rather than promising speed we can't deliver.

AUSTRALIA-WIDE DELIVERY

Free standard shipping on orders over A$49, with express available at checkout.

WE'RE YOUR POINT OF CONTACT

For tracking, returns, faults or questions, you deal with us, not a third party. Our inbox is monitored seven days a week and we reply within 1–2 business days.

OUR VISION

Our aim is simple: make it easy for Australians to find lighting that suits the room, the budget and the way the space is actually used — and to be straightforward about delivery, returns and support while we do it.
